Bruce Skorobohach

Director - Community Support Services Department

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree, is a Registered Social Worker, and is a Certified Career Development Professional. With over 40 years of experience in the field of Community Disability Services, Bruce has spent 35 years at Columbia College, where he has made invaluable contributions as the Director of the Community Support Services Department.

Throughout his distinguished career, Bruce has been passionate about leading teams that foster connections and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities as valued, participating, and contributing members of the community. His long-standing dedication to both Columbia College and the community underscores his commitment to making a positive, lasting impact on those he serves and the college as a whole.

Amanda Campbell

Service Coordinator, Employment Services

Amanda has been a valued member of the Columbia College team for over 20 years, making significant contributions across various areas, including Community Disability Services, Community Access Services, Residential Services, and Employment Services. With a strong educational background in Social Work, Amanda is deeply passionate about collaborating with community partners to create meaningful opportunities that improve the lives of the individuals we serve.

Her extensive experience and unwavering dedication to supporting the community reflect her commitment to making a positive impact within Columbia College and beyond.

 Michael Campbell

Michael Campbell

Service Coordinator, Employment Services

Michael has been a dedicated member of Columbia College for over 30 years, making an incredible impact across a variety of roles. His extensive tenure includes serving as an Assistant Manager in Employment Strategies, an Academic Advisor in Academic Upgrading, and holding Department Manager positions in Student Services, Office Assistant, and Human Services, among others. Michael’s broad experience and commitment to excellence have played a key role in shaping and enhancing the college’s services and overall student experience.

For the past several years, Michael has been serving as the Services Coordinator for CSSD – Employment Services, where he continues to drive improvements and ensure the success of students and staff alike. His long-standing presence at Columbia College underscores his dedication to making the institution a better place for both its community and its future.

Nathan Lunn

Nathan Lunn

Employment Specialist, Employment Services

Nathan’s journey at Columbia College started as a student enrolled in Human Services back in 2010. He then graduated with a Diploma in Human Services. Since then, has worked many different roles in Human Service over the last 13 years including: Community Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, Job Coach, Employment Services, Supported Roommate, Administrative Assistant, and is currently a Team Leader for the Employment Partnerships program. His motivation stems from supporting individuals motivate themselves to reach their employment and life goals. He never shy’s away from sharing a laugh and looking at the teachable moments that come from all life’s situations & experiences. Nathan’s not a glass half full type, rather he is a glass overflowing with optimism.  A good attitude is one of the cornerstones towards achieving your employment goals.

Fannie Lee-Carrie

Fannie has been a valued member of the Employment Services Department for over a decade, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to her role. Over the past 10 years, she has worked tirelessly to support and empower students, guiding them toward success through the development of essential workplace skills.

Fannie is passionate about helping students unlock their potential and achieve their career aspirations. Her dedication goes beyond teaching; she fosters an environment of encouragement and growth, ensuring each student feels supported on their journey. With her guidance, students not only gain the tools they need for professional success but also the confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

Fannie’s enthusiasm and determination continue to inspire those around her, making a lasting impact on both the students she serves and the Columbia College community.

 Leeann Gran

Job Coach, Employment Services

Leeann Gran is a graduate of the University of the Fraser Valley. After completing her studies, she had the unique opportunity to travel the world while teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Upon returning to Canada, Leeann obtained certification and worked as a Health Care Aide, further deepening her commitment to supporting individuals in the community.

Driven by a passion for meaningful work, Leeann finds great fulfillment in helping others achieve their employment goals. Beyond her professional pursuits, Leeann is an avid advocate of sustainable sewing. At home, she dedicates time to creating unique pieces and is preparing to share her passion with a wider audience through an upcoming YouTube channel.

Erwin Bodoso

Erwin Bodoso

Employment Specialist, Employment Services

Erwin is originally from the Philippines and migrated to Bournemouth, England, in 2004 before moving to Calgary in 2013. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Behavior Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and completed a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce at The City and Guilds of London Institute.

In August 2013, Erwin joined the Community Social Services Department at Columbia Training Center as a Community Support Worker. After a few months, he transitioned to Employment Services as a Job Coach and currently enjoys the role of Employment Specialist.

Munira Kausar

Job Coach, Employment Services

Munira has been working in the Community Service Sector for over 12 years. She has a diploma in Disability management. In the past, she has worked as Community support worker, Residential worker for mental health group homes, and as a Job coach. Currently she is  working as an Employment Specialist. Munira is dedicated to empowering her students and take pride in teaching , coaching , and encouraging  her students to keep learning new skills. She is holding a strong belief in seizing opportunities and finds joy in fostering growth through finding inclusive work placements. Munira has a passion to work collaboratively with her team to empower and foster inclusive environment.  In her free time you will see her reading books, or out in nature hiking. 

Alejandro Rios

Alejandro Rios

Employment Specialist, Employment Services

Alejandro Rios was born in Acapulco, Mexico, and immigrated to Canada in 2014. He began his professional education as a lawyer in Monterrey, Mexico, before completing a bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Calgary.

In 2021, Alejandro joined Columbia College as a Community Support Worker and later transitioned to a Job Coach role within the Employment Partnerships program. Currently, he works as an Employment Specialist, where he utilizes his skills and experience to assist individuals in securing and maintaining meaningful employment. Alejandro is passionate about helping others reach their professional goals and takes great pride in supporting clients on their career journeys.

Rachel Odusanya

Employment Specialist, Employment Services

Rachel is an Inclusive Support Specialist. A graduate of Diploma in Disability Studies program with a great passion for providing connective human service support. As an Employment Specialist at Columbia Training Centre, matching students with roles that suits their skills, strengths, and interest is her priority. Haven provided various kinds of support in the disability sector for many years, she aspires to be a Social Worker that stirs up positive communal changes that benefits all people.

Clara Callon

Team Leader, Community Access Services

Clara has been a valued member of the CSSD team since 2016. With a background in Sociology and Recreational Therapy, her education ignited a deep passion for creating accessible and inclusive spaces that empower individuals with developmental disabilities. She brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to her work, ensuring that every individual feels seen, supported, and valued. Clara is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where each person’s unique strengths are celebrated, inspiring them to build confidence and reach their full potential. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace, as she actively advocates for greater inclusion and opportunities within the broader community.

Dawn Moxley

Dawn Moxley

Employment Specialist, Employment Services

Since joining Columbia College in 2007, Dawn has been dedicated to supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began as a Community Support Worker before moving into Employment Services as a Job Coach, where she helped students achieve their employment goals.

In 2023, she became Team Leader for CSSD Employment Services, mentoring staff and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Dawn is known for her supportive approach, creative thinking, and commitment to student and staff success.

Shehla Altaf

Shehla Altaf

Team Leader, Community Access Services

Shehla originally obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Pakistan. Since moving to Calgary, she has dedicated over 13 years to Columbia College. She initially studied Human Services before beginning her career in the Community Support Services Department as a Community Support Worker. In 2017, Shehla was promoted to a full-time Team Lead role. In this capacity, she has developed and presented various workshops aimed at the professional development of staff members. Shehla is deeply committed to promoting the well-being of people with disabilities. Through her dedication, passion, and empathy, she strives to foster a positive environment that enables both professionals and students to thrive within their community

Collins Baffour

Collins Baffour

Team Leader, Community Access Services

Collins holds a Disability Services Diploma and has been with CSSD since 2017, starting as a Community Support Worker and progressing into leadership. Originally from Ghana, he earned an Associate Degree and worked as a teacher, gaining skills in education, mentorship, and community engagement.

He has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs and dual diagnoses through person-centered, wrap-around supports. His work focuses on helping individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges live independently and meaningfully in the community.

Collins is also multilingual, fluent in several African dialects and Spanish.

Manuel Rumbaoa

Manuel Rumbaoa

Service Coordinator, Community Access Services

Manuel Graduated from the U of C in 2001 with a Bachelor in Community Rehabilitation. He has worked in various support settings and roles within the field since 1998 and has been at Columbia since November 2001.
Background in Residential Supports – Group home staff, Employment Services – Job Coach and Employment Specialist, and Community Access Services – Services Coordinator. Focused on providing our students with the opportunities to engage and connect in meaningful and worthwhile activities within their communities. He is also actively involved in the Calgary ACDS Workforce Council.
